1988   ~ Earned B.S in Education, History

 2004 ~ Bought my first DSR camera, a Fuji S7000

          ~ Joined Memphis Camera Club, with the desire

              to learn everything

 2006 ~ Bought into the Canon system

          ~ Started competing with the intent to improve and to hone my technical

             skills

2007 ~  Awarded Photographer of the Year by Memphis Camera Club

2010 ~  With the youngest graduating from college, I could use my time freely to

              truly enjoy my heart’s ambition. I had an epiphany – I could combine my

              interest in history with my passion for the arts with my skills in

              photography. Patricia Possel Photography was born.

2012 ~  Trained with Jerry Ghionis
